If you have been a senior high school library media specialist at any time during the past five years, not including the current school year, you qualify for this study. This survey is designed to take no more than 10 minutes . Please return it to me by December 5th, 2003, in the enclosed addressed stamped envelope.

I. Your Role in the Media Center

Use the following descriptive scale for the 4 statements in question A (Circle 1 number in each).
