Merritt Fund Ambassadors
The Merritt Fund Ambassadors program was created in 2008 to provide supporters of the Merritt Fund with the tools to effectively promote the Merritt Fund at meetings, events, etc. As part of the program, we have created an Ambassadors Email list and an "Ambassadors Kit" of materials to help get the word out. You can download the materials below or get them from the Merritt Fund office by emailing merrittfund at ala.org or calling (312) 280-4226.
The Merritt Fund Ambassadors Kit includes the following materials:
-
Information Sheet (includes a 2-minute "stump speech" about the Merritt Fund)
-
Merritt Fund brochure (glossy printed copies available from the Merritt Fund office)
-
Merritt Fund Ribbons (available from the Merritt Fund office)

Three-Year Reports
Every three years, the Merritt Fund produces a report to allow supporters to learn more about the finances of the Fund, the size of the membership, and the grants given (while keeping personally identifiable information private).
Links to non-ALA sites have been provided because these sites may have information of interest. Neither the American Library Association nor the LeRoy C. Merritt Humanitarian Fund necessarily endorses the views expressed or the facts presented on these sites; and furthermore, ALA and Merritt do not endorse any commercial products that may be advertised or available on these sites.
