John Hancock Life Insurance

We are now offering long term care insurance from John Hancock Life Insurance Company as a Personal Membership benefit to you on a voluntary, discounted premium basis.

John Hancock long term care insurance policy provides benefits to help you and your family manage the cost of long term care services that may be needed when you can no longer perform normal activities of daily living that healthy, fully-functioning people do on their own. It can help you stay independent for as long as possible, enabling you to receive care in the location that you choose. Another great feature of this benefit is that it is available at discounted premiums to your eligible family members as well. This includes spouses or partners, children, parents, grandparents, siblings, and all in-law and step equivalents between the ages of 18-79.

Please visit the dedicated page for information on this important benefit, and how you and your eligible family members can apply for coverage.
