Preferred exhibit booth assignment
Corporate Members of the American Library Association (ALA) have premier access to over 63,000 individual and over 3,300 organizational members of ALA through our convention and trade shows.
Corporate Members receive preferred booth space assignments for ALA’s Annual Conference, Midwinter Meeting, and ALA divisions’ various conferences. Booth space is assigned for Corporate Members, then for all other exhibitors, each group on the basis of their seniority.
Corporate Members receive voting membership in ALA and our Exhibitors Round Table (ERT). This means your voice is heard in planning and promotion of ALA events while you support the work of ALA: outreach and advocacy for America’s libraries.
Corporate Members receive recognition in conference programs, Cognotes, and the ALA Handbook of Organization and are given special “Corporate Member” ribbons for staff badges at Annual Conference and the Midwinter Meeting.
