Printing the bookmarks

These bookmarks were designed to be printed in either two ways: on a printer in the library or by an outside printer.

Producing in house: Each pdf file is designed to print 4 identical 2" x 6" bookmarks on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.  Crop marks are provided on each page to provide guidance when cutting apart.

Customize the bookmarks by downloading the "back template" (MS Word doc) provided above.  Drop in your library's logo and any accompanying text (library address, phone number, Web address, etc.) into each of the text boxes and print onto the back side of a page where the bookmarks are already printed.

Before you print: Go to the menu bar at the top left of the screen and click
File--->Print--->Options--->and then check the "drawing objects" button under the "Include with document" header.

Have ideas on a better way to produce these bookmarks in the library?  We'd love to hear your feedback!

Using an outside printer: We have provided PDF files that should be adequate for most printers.  If you need an alternate file type, please contact us.

The red is pantone color 186 U and should be printed on uncoated paper.
