Here's the process in a nutshell for using the BCALA Placement Service:

  1. Login.
  2. Register online.
  3. Input your resume information.
  4. Look at the jobs listing.  New jobs will be added daily, so check often.
  5. Using our system, contact representatives of the organizations you are interested in interviewing with. Employers will also contact you, so check your messages often.
  6. If you receive a message from an employer, you should respond to each message.  If the message is from an employer wanting to interview you, work with the rep. to determine a day and time to meet.
  7. Only employers can schedule interview space with Placement staff.
  8. The employer gets back to you with a confirmation of day, time and table assigned for the interview.
  9. Arrive on time for your interview, and be prepared to WOW the employer!
