Be it resolved that the Government Documents Round Table communicate with library schools suggesting that faculty and students distributing questionnaires in the area of documents contact the GODORT Clearinghouse since in many cases the needed information has already been collected. Following this procedure will eliminate unnecessary duplication of effort, avoid antagonizing respondents and allow the student or faculty member to state that GODORT has been consulted.
