Book Submission Information and Directions

Send one copy of each title to each of the CSK Book Award jury members.
Send three (3) copies of each title to the ALA Office for Literacy and Outreach Services.
Send one copy of the Author-Illustrator Information Form (.pdf) to the CSK Jury Chair and one copy to the ALA office.
Books must be received by December 1 to be considered for the current year's award.
