Diversity Leadership Institutes
Diversity leadership can be accomplished from any position in an organization--from student assistant to library dean or director. The Diversity Leadership Institutes examine the concepts of diversity and leadership and provide hands-on techniques and resources to assist you in furthering diversity in your workplace. Institutes are sponsored by the American Library Association's Office for Diversity and the Committee on Diversity and take place prior to ALA Annual Conferences.
