Instructions for Independent Librarians and Consultants Listing in Interface

  1. Complete the contact information and submit it online or print the form and submit it via fax (312) 944-8085, or mail it to ALA, 50 E. Huron, Chicago, IL 60611.
  2. If graphics will be included, e-mail graphic files to ALA: ehardy@ala.org. Business cards and any other graphics will be scanned so be sure not to staple, tape or bend them. Graphics will be printed in black-and-white. (Take a look at sample in Microsoft Word® format.) Please include identifying information in the e-mail.
  3. Send your check, payable to "American Library Association," to ASCLA, ALA, 50 E. Huron, Chicago, IL 60611. Payment must be received before the submission deadline to be included in the next issue. For upcoming deadlines, see submission calendar.

Enhanced listing (includes contact information, areas of consulting, plus a graphics like a logo or photo)
