Library of Congress Adds 25 Titles
to National Film Registry
The Library of Congress added 25 more titles to its National Film Registry November 16, bringing the total number of films on the list to 275. The films, chosen by Librarian of Congress James H. Billington in consultation with the National Film Preservation Board, are singled out for preservation because of their cultural, historical, or aesthetic significance. This year’s entries are:
