HarperCollins Donates 10,000 Books
to Born to Read

HarperCollins Publishers has donated 10,000 books from its Growing Tree series to the Born to Read program sponsored by ALA’s Association for Library Service to Children .

The hardcover books, targeted at children newborn to age three, will be given to libraries with active Born to Read sites. Libraries who submit their requests before July 30 will receive 250 books.

The Booksource of St. Louis, Missouri, is providing warehousing and shipping services free of charge.
