1998 Price Indexes Available
in Electronic Format

An electronic version of this year's Periodicals and Serials Services Price Indexes, as published in the May issue of American Libraries, is available free of charge upon request.

The file containing the indexes is in the Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and an Adobe Acrobat Viewer is necessary to use the file. The viewer is available free of charge from the Adobe Web site. For information or questions about the Adobe Acrobat Viewer or its installation, contact the Adobe Corporation.

The Adobe Acrobat PDF file will display images on the computer screen that are the same as those in the May American Libraries.

To obtain the PDF file containing the 1998 price indexes, e-mail jkartman@ala.org. To properly receive the file, your e-mail software must be capable of receiving attached files.
