The ALA Archives are maintained at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. There are several options to browse the holdings:

browse by specific ALA unit/department;
browse alphabetically by collection title;
browse alphabetically by subject name (to browse by subject type is forthcoming);
browse alphabetically by creator name and/or title; and
to browse digital content is forthcoming.

And there are Donation and Transfer Guidelines available online.
