  • Multiple year subscriptions are available for up to three years at the current rate. Subscriptions for other than 12 months are accepted on a pro rata basis
  • Orders may begin with any available issue; some back copies are available
  • All payments must be submitted by check in US dollars drawn on a US bank or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) in US dollars. Cash payments will not be accepted
  • All international subscriptions are sent airmail rate; postage is included in all subscription rates
