Shuttle Service

Most ACRL 13th National Conference hotels are within walking distance of the Baltimore Convention Center (BCC). Shuttle service is provided for the outlying properties as listed below. Shuttles will drop off and pick up at the Charles St. Lobby entrance of the Baltimore Convention Center.

HILTON BWI SHUTTLE SERVICE
THURSDAY, MARCH 29
Departures from the Hilton BWI to the BCC: 7:15 a.m., 12:45 p.m., 2:45 p.m.
Departures from the BCC to the Hilton BWI: 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m.

FRIDAY, MARCH 30
Departures from the Hilton BWI to the BCC: 7:15 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m.
Departures from the BCC to the Hilton BWI: 12:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m.

SATURDAY, MARCH 31
Departures from the Hilton BWI to the BCC: 7:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.
Departures from the BCC to the Hilton BWI: 12:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m.
Departure from the Hilton BWI to the National Aquarium for the All-Conference Reception: 7:15 p.m.
* Please remember to wear your badge and bring your tickets (admission & drink ticket) for this event.
Transportation will also be provided back to the Hilton BWI after the reception is over.

SUNDAY, APRIL 1
Departures from the Hilton BWI to the BCC: 8:00 a.m.
Departures from the BCC to the Hilton BWI: 12:15 p.m.

PEABODY COURT & TREMONT PLAZA HOTEL SHUTTLE SERVICE
There is shuttle service available in the mornings and evenings for the Peabody Court Hotel (10 blocks from Center) and Tremont Plaza Hotel (8 blocks from Center).  The schedule for both hotels is listed below.

THURSDAY, MARCH 29
Departure from the Peabody Court and Tremont Plaza hotels to the BCC: 7:30 a.m.
Departure from the BCC to the Peabody Court and Tremont Plaza hotels: 7:30 p.m.

FRIDAY, MARCH 30
Departure from the Peabody Court and Tremont Plaza hotels to the BCC: 7:30 a.m.
Departure from the BCC to the Peabody Court hotel: 5:45 p.m.
Departures from the BCC to the Tremont Plaza hotel: 5:45 p.m., 6:15 p.m.

SATURDAY, MARCH 31
Departure from the Peabody Court and Tremont Plaza hotels to the BCC: 7:00 a.m.
Departure from the BCC to the Peabody Court hotel: 5:45 p.m.
Departures from the BCC to the Tremont Plaza hotel: 5:45 p.m., 6:15 p.m.
Departure from the Peabody and Tremont Plaza to the National Aquarium for All-Conference Reception: 7:30 p.m.

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS BALTIMORE AT THE STADIUMS
The Holiday Inn Express provides free daily roundtrip shuttle service every hour on the hour from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. from the hotel to the BCC. In addition, shuttles will be available at this hotel on Saturday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m. to take people to the All-Conference Reception at the National Aquarium. Please remember to wear your badge and bring your tickets (admission & drink ticket) for this event. Transportation will also be provided back to the hotel after the reception is over.

HAMPTON INN CAMDEN YARDS
This hotel is within walking distance of the BCC however; there will be shuttle service available on Saturday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m. to take people to the All-Conference Reception at the National Aquarium. Please remember to wear your badge and bring your tickets (admission & drink ticket) for this event. Transportation will also be provided back to the hotel after the reception is over.
