Host your company’s event at the ACRL 13th National Conference!

Do you have an event you would like to host in conjunction with the ACRL 13th National Conference? Please contact the representative at your preferred hotel with your request including date, time, type of function and number of people to be invited by January 12, 2007. After January 12, 2007 requests will be considered on a space-available basis only. See below for a list of hotel representatives.

Please keep in mind that sessions run Friday, March 30 from 8:30 a.m – 6:00 p.m., Saturday, March 31 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 1 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Our Keynote Luncheon on Friday from 12:15 – 2:15 p.m. is typically a no conflict time, however attendees have a two hour lunch break on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. which is a good time for company events. Company events may be held on Friday and Saturday evenings however, the All-Conference reception is at the National Aquarium from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night, which is also typically a no-conflict time.

All events in conjunction with the ACRL 13th National Conference must be approved by the ACRL office. Your hotel representatives will work with ACRL staff to get approval for your event before it is booked.
