The following linked documents contain information that may be helpful to those planning a Great Stories Club application. The resource guide includes tips on establishing an outreach partnership, a bibliography of materials about serving troubled teen populations, and sample discussion questions for each book included on the “New Horizons” reading list. A copy of the final report form, which must be submitted by successful applicants in June 2010, has also been included for reference.
