A resource guide, including questions and tips for conducting a successful book discussion program, a related reading guide for teens, publicity guidelines for sponsor credits and acknowledgements, a sample student certificate, and the final report form are provided below.
Sample certificate of accomplishment (Microsoft Publisher) to provide to participants. If you have access to Microsoft Publisher, you can print these with the teen’s name, as well as the name/title of the librarian and any other official (the principal, someone from the partnering facility, etc.).
Sample certificate of accomplishment (PDF). You can print and write in the names if you do not have Microsoft Publisher. Also, please feel free to create your own using the logos provided on the this webpage.
