2015 Strategic Plan

Member Survey

The American Library Association (ALA) began work on the development of its 2015 strategic plan by conducting an evaluation of current programs and services. Between February 23 and March 22, 2009, members were invited to share their feedback via an online member survey. Nearly 9,000 members participated in the survey. The results of the survey are available below.
