Space is limited – be sure to register early. In 2006 the Fall Forum sold out. AASL will continue to accept registration forms until the Fall Forum dates.

  The registration form is designed for one registrant. Please photocopy for additional registrants.

  If your personal membership cannot be verified by AASL, you will be charged the non-member fee.

  Payment must accompany the form in order to be processed.

  Registration includes all sessions, Friday dessert reception, two continental breakfasts, and beverage breaks.

  Cancellation Policy
  Written cancellations for AASL Fall Forum must be postmarked by September 16, 2008. Cancellations received before September 16, 2008 will be charged a handling fee of $25.  AASL will not issue a refund after September 16, 2008. Refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks from date of cancellation request. AASL programs are offered on a cost recovery basis. AASL reserves the right to cancel any part of the AASL Fall Forum if there is insufficient registration or other reasons. Neither ALA nor AASL is responsible for cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to cancellation of programs.
