Master the Management Skills You Didn’t Learn in Library School
The always popular Results Boot Camp is back! This weeklong interactive workshop is designed to teach you practical library management skills. Previous attendees agree that Results Boot Camp is the training to attend if you want to become a more proficient library manager:

"I learned so much about planning… This will help me become a better manager for my library and my staff. The arrangements were superb…."

"Sandra Nelson and June Garcia did an outstanding job creating an engaging learning environment that worked for everyone. This is a unique experience for managers to gain knowledge of the most recent processes for planning, resource allocation, and managing change just  to name a few.”

“The ability to actually work in groups on activities that are relevant in day-to-day processes is extremely helpful. I went back to work with a plan to begin looking at processes for myself, my staff, my library branch, and my library system as a whole.”

“I have been talking about the training all weekend with anyone who would listen…”

Participants will be encouraged to apply what you learn to real-life problems and issues in your library. PLA Boot Camp 4 will help you understand all the publications in the Results series and see firsthand how they interconnect, and how they can help you forge an effective management style.
