To consider amendments to the Bylaws; to make recommendations to the PLA Board on other organizational matters affecting PLA as a whole; to review the goals, organization and structure of PLA; to respond to directions of the PLA Board; and to make recommendations to the PLA Board for revisions to the PLA Guide.
