Make A Poster, Make A Banner
Here are four library card designs for presentations using the @ your library ® logo. The artwork can be enlarged to any size for printing on posters, banners or signboards—great for presentation to those special library supporters.
The artwork is in Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) format for use in page-layout programs or draw programs such as PageMaker, Quark Express, MS Publisher, CorelDRAW, Illustrator or FreeHand and later versions of MS Word. Printing will require a postscript printer. For super-size library card presentations you will probably want to use a large-format color printer (available at many service bureaus and copy centers such as Kinko's ). Designs include a white card with color logo, a white card with all black type and a red card and blue card with white type.
The graphics include a thin black line around what would be the edge of a library card. If you want to use the copy without the line, simply use your page-layout program's cropping tools to crop the outline out. To change the copy, cover the unwanted copy with a background-color square and typeset new copy (in Helvetica, Switzerland or Arial) in front that square. Background colors are red (PMS 032) and blue (PMS 072).
We have also provided a one-page file in Adobe Acrobat format containing library-card-sized images of all four designs. These can be printed to a non-PostScript printer on letter-size paper for informational purposes.
