S 2088 - Co-sponsorship of the National Security Letters (NSL) Reform Act of 2007 which supports the establishment of limitations on the use of NSL issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to wiretap telecommunication service providers for the production of specified records and information about customers.
8. S 2488 - Co-sponsorship of the OPEN Government Act which supports the revision of requirements for federal agency disclosures of information requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in order to promote accessibility, accountability, and openness in Government.
