Snapshot Day is just TWO days away. Save the Date - February 19, 2009
Calling ALL libraries: academic, school, special, public – this means YOU!
We hope you are ready to count all the activities that happen in your library on February 19, 2009.
We have posted even more useful information to our wiki: http://njla.pbwiki.com/Snapshot.
You will find handouts for public libraries and school libraries to use to obtain specialized data. You will also find a handout created specifically for you to give to your customers to help them advocate effectively on your behalf.
Be sure to count all the items that your Technical Services Department processes on February 19. We would have nothing on our shelves if it weren't for the hard work done by this department.
PHOTO TIME! We’ve developed a basic tutorial on how to upload your photos to flickr. It's really easy and only takes a few minutes, and you’ll find the tutorial on our wiki.
IMPORTANT NOTE: because we anticipate more than 200 photos being submitted, we had to upgrade to a different flickr account. Please use the following when you sign in to flickr:
Remember, we need YOUR help to make this day a success. We are counting on you!
