ACRL/STS Science Resources: Discovery & Access Committee


To provide a forum for exchange of information relating to discovery of and access to science and technology resources. Serve as a channel/clearinghouse to identify concerns, problems, issues, trends, standards, and best practices. Propose projects and present them to the appropriate STS Committees.

Committee meeting times and locations

Our meetings are typically on Saturday mornings; exact time and location will be announced as the information becomes available. Visitors are most welcome.

Current Projects

Committee members are reviewing past work of the committee and investigating these areas:

  • Updating a previously created guide.
  • Creation of a program or webinar relating to the discovery of and access to science and technology resources.
  • Providing educational content regarding data management.
