The third annual ACRL Springboard Event was held on May 5, 2010. The 2010 ACRL Springboard Event featured John Palfrey, Henry N. Ess III Professor of Law, Vice Dean, Library and Information Resources, Harvard Law School, and Faculty Co-Director, Berkman Center for Internet & Society, and co-author of "Born Digital: Understanding the First Generation of Digital Natives."
Offered in conjunction with the ALA Office for Intellectual Freedom's inaugural " Choose Privacy Week", May 2-8, 2010, the 2010 ACRL Springboard Event examined issues related to privacy in the socially networked environment.
