The purpose of the College Libraries Section (CLS) of the Association of College and Research Libraries is to advance college librarianship and encourage the development of library services in baccalaureate degree-granting institutions. CLS is a nimble, responsive section that engages in conversation, connection, collaboration, and celebration for librarians who serve primarily undergraduate and teaching-focused institutions.

CLS Innovation in College Librarianship Award
The CLS Innovation in College Librarianship Award honors ALA members who have demonstrated a capacity for innovation in their work with undergraduates, instructors and/or the library community.
The call for submissions is now open, with a submission deadline of Friday, December 1, 2017. Information about the award, including submission guidelines and past recipients, can be found on the CLS Innovation in College Librarianship Award page.
