OnPoint Discussions

ACRL OnPoint is a live series of informal chat sessions that provide the opportunity to connect with colleagues and experts to discuss an issue of the day in academic and research librarianship.

All ACRL OnPoint chats are free and open to the public. Sessions are unmoderated, one hour in length and take place in a Meebo chat room (text-based chat; no audio or visuals). Follow the link below to enter the ACRL OnPoint chat room. You can change your screen name from "guest" in the room. No password or account is needed to participate.

NOTE: Meebo chat rooms (text-based chat; no audio or visuals) have a limit of 80 total participants.  Due to this restriction, ACRL OnPoint discussions will be delivered on a first-come-first-served basis.  Please enter the chat room 15 minutes before the formal chat begins to test out the chat room features and ensure your place in the session. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
