These rates apply to all subscriptions and renewals with a start date of September 1, 2012 or later, and to all orders placed after September 1, regardless of start date.

Important Information
- Multiple year subscriptions are available for up to three years at the current rate. Subscriptions for other than 12 months are accepted on a pro rata basis
- Orders may begin with any available issue; some back copies are available
- All payments must be submitted by check in US dollars drawn on a US bank or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) in US dollars. Cash payments will not be accepted
- All international subscriptions are sent airmail rate; postage is included in all subscription rates
- Choice is unable to offer agency discounts
- Single copies are available for purchase
