The following subscription rates are effective immediately for all orders placed after December 31, 2009, or for all orders with start dates after December 31, 2009.

- Multiple year subscriptions are available for up to three years at the current subscription rate. Subscriptions for periods longer or shorter than a year will also be accepted on a pro rata basis.
- Orders may begin with any available issue; some back copies are available.
- All payments must be submitted by check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) in U.S. dollars. Cash payments cannot be accepted.
- All foreign subscriptions are sent airmail rate; postage is included in all subscriptions rates. For single copy orders outside of the U.S., add $7.00 per copy to the price.
