Choice Reviews Online - Version 2.0
ChoiceReviews.online has been totally redesigned and launched as Choice Reviews Online - Version 2.0 (CRO). CRO has a new user-friendly interface and expanded functionality. CRO subscribers have access to 145,000 Choice reviews, as well as all editorial content from recent issues of Choice.
A new Web Exclusives section contains content that is not included in the magazine.

Home Page
The new home page is designed to make the most pertinent information easy to find and quickly accessible. It also gives users one-click access to the most popular features, including:

- Advanced Search
- 2005 OAT List
- Forthcoming Titles
- My Monthly Reviews
- My Lists
Users can browse, e-mail, print, and download any piece of content (including reviews, bibliographic essays, forthcoming title lists, and OATs).
Quick Search
The Quick Search function allows users to search reviews directly from the home page, or link to the Advanced Search function.
Advanced Search
The advanced search engine is more powerful than its predecessor. The new CRO has all the current ChoiceReviews.online search options, along with new limiters and several significant new capabilities, including full Boolean searching and the ability to save searches.
Search fields include:

- Author/Editor
- Publication Date
- ISBN
- LC#
- Publisher
- Choice Review #
- Reviewer Name
- Reviewer Affiliation
Limiters include:
- Subject
- Readership Level
- Recommendation Level
- Copyright Year

Users also can view results and saved lists using primary and secondary sort criteria, including publication year and title.
Personalization
CRO features new and improved personalization capabilities, including Saved Search Strategies, My Lists, My Monthly Reviews, and My Profile.
Users can sort lists by publication year, subject, or title, and receive automatic updates containing reviews specific to their interests.
Advertiser Index
CRO also has an enhanced Advertiser Index that lists both Online and Print advertisers, with icons to indicate when users can view a PDF of the advertisement OR go directly to the advertiser’s website.
