Listserv Information and Subscription Instructions

LPSS-L is the Section's official listserv and the major communication vehicle for members to conduct business. We hope that every subscriber will use the listserv to pose questions, recommend new print and electronic tools, chat, and share information that goes beyond formal ALA business.

To subscribe send e-mail to: listserv@listserv.kent.edu

The subject line should be empty and the body of the message MUST only contain:
Subscribe lpss-l Firstname Lastname

To send messages to the list, make sure you are subscribed then send e-mail to: lpss-l@listserv.kent.edu

To unsubscribe or change your e-mail address send e-mail to: listserv@listserv.kent.edu

The subject line should be empty and the message should read:
Unsubscribe lpss-l

Search the LPSS-L archive

Archives of LPSS-L are maintained at Kent State University and updated every week. Messages are arranged by date, and searchable by keyword, with archives dating back to August 2007.

To access the LPSS-L archives, point your web browser to http://listserv.kent.edu/archives/lpss-l.html.

The first time you access this URL, you will be prompted for your email address (as your account ID) and a password of your choice. You will need to reply to the email to confirm access.
