"Big Ticket Items:   the Nuts and Bolts of Acquisition," which will deal with what libraries should consider when acquiring (or thinking about acquiring) "big ticket items" such as New York Times Historical, EEBO, ECCO, Alexander Street Press's databases, and other large electronic collections.
