Resources for Psychology Librarians

These pages are designed to serve as a resource in assisting librarians who have recently assumed responsibilities in psychology (with particular emphasis on reference and acquisitions) and more generally, to provide a starting point for any librarian interested in exploring the field of psychology.

Although not exhaustive, resources were selected by present and former members of the Committee because they represent the "best of the best" of a very wide range of materials related to psychology and behavioral sciences. Common criteria of all sites selected include reputation, utility, accuracy, currency, and stability over time.

Members of the Committee encourage user feedback; send comments to the Psychology Committee Chair: Jennifer Elder, Jennifer.J.Elder@emory.edu
