American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry 
The AACAP, a non-profit organization, was established in 1953, distributes information in an effort to promote an understanding of mental illnesses and remove the stigma associated with them; advance efforts in prevention of mental illnesses, and assure proper treatment and access to services for children and adolescents.  http://www.aacap.org/

American Counseling Association (ACA)
ACA is the national voice of professional counselors, with several divisions and affiliated organizations representing interest areas within the profession. http://www.counseling.org/

American Psychological Association (APA)

American School Counselor Association (ASCA)

National Association of School Psychologists (NASP)
