National Center on Educational Outcomes
Based out of the University of Minnesota, the National Center on Educational Outcomes conducts research into the use of assessments to measure education outcomes. It has a particular focus on looking at how programs ensure the equitable participation of all students, including those with disabilities. The site contains a lot of information about the organization. Some of its reports (including one on opportunity to learn standards) can be read on line.
