Composition
• Five members (i.e. a chair, vice-chair, and three members)
• One member preferably a Friend of ACRL
• Appointments will be made by the Budget and Finance Committee chair
• Chair serves as ex-officio member of the Budget & Finance Committee
Origin
The Friends Fund Disbursement Subcommittee was established by the ACRL Board in 2007 to complement the work of the Friends Fund Cubcommittee on the recommendations of the Friends of ACRL Review Task Force to separate the funding and awarding aspects of the Friends campaign.
