Sample Self-Studies

The following are links to electronic Self-Studies* from ALA-accredited programs. The Self-Studies listed are used with permission of the program or are publicly available on the program's website. Inclusion of these links at this site does not imply any endorsement or preference for the content or the formatting. Questions regarding the documents should be submitted to the relevant program. The documents belong to the institutions that created them and are copyrighted by those institutions. A selection of print Self-Studies is available for perusal in the Office for Accreditation at the ALA headquarters in Chicago.

If your ALA-accredited program has an online Self Study that you would like to have included in this list, please contact the Office.

*With the release of the fourth edition of the Accreditation Process, Policies, and Procedures (AP3) manual, the term Self-Study replaced the term Program Presentation. Programs with comprehensive reviews in spring 2017 and beyond are required to use the term Self-Study.
