Register for and participate in Chapter Leaders Forums, held on Friday's of each ALA Midwinter Meeting and ALA Annual Conference. They are great opportunities for Chapter Leaders (especially incoming leaders) to meet together and prepare to lead their associations. The program presents topics of interest to chapter leaders; for example, association management, conference planning, social media, advocacy, and membership development and retention.
