Information Literacy: A Position Paper on Information Problem Solving

"Information Literacy: A Position Paper on Information Problem Solving" was identified by an AASL working group charged with reviewing all of AASL's position statements as needing revision to align it with Information Power: Building Partnerships for Learning (1998). However, because this position paper was originally authored by the Wisconsin Educational Media Association (WEMA), which retained the copyright, AASL could not legally revise the document. For this reason "Information Literacy: A Position Paper on Information Problem Solving" has been retired as an official AASL position statement.

Please contact the Wisconsin Educational Media Association for more information about this document.
