State Visit Report Form

This form is to be submitted by Regional Directors and/or Regional Directors-Elect within 30 days of completing a state visit.

List presentations and all events where AASL announcements were made at the meeting. For example, new members forum, keynote, concurrent session, etc.
Summarize any Affiliate concerns as well as any overriding issues that might impact school librarians and/or programs.
Summarize the status of AASL in the state, observations, and commendations.
