Serials Standards Bibliography

There is a need to learn about standards throughout the serials community. A multitude of organizations and standards effect all aspects of serials. Determining which standard is applicable and where to obtain that standard can be a confusing search.
To begin to address this issue, The ALCTS Committee to Study Serial Standards (CSSS) has created this document with the goal of providing a single source for standards relating to serials. Updates will be made to individual sections as standards are created or modified.
Increasing awareness of existing standards will benefit the entire serials community. Please consider helping CSSS in this effort. If you do not find a standard or believe you have found an error please contact the current CSSS chair, Stephanie Schmitt at stephanie.schmitt@yale.edu.
